After a long time of dealing, or the lack of it, with my issues, a friend suggested that I get therapy. One of the options I was presented with was Type A Thought. I think it's safe to say that I made a good decision choosing this place because Miss Dhruvi, my counsellor here, has done a wonderful job talking to me, understanding my problems, and helping me get better. There's still a long way to go but, for the first time in a while, my experience with her fills me with faith that I can get better, and this time with smaller chances of spiraling back. From anxiety to depression to whatever mental health issues you might have, my experience says Type A Thought, Miss Dhruvi in particular, will be of great help, for here the human mind will not be denied.

Dhruvi has helped me what I need to overcome the anxiety I'm feeling. This is the first time I tried counselling and she helped me realize what I can do to overcome this.

I felt that Dr Dhruvi was kind and understanding and listened to all my problems. She also provided a very valid explanation for how I felt, and I have benefited immensely from this interaction.

This session was something which i needed badly. Hearing out and finding out the way I'm acting from another expert was what i was looking for. I feel confident and motivated to try harder. The thought record sheet will be helpful in future as well. Wonderful session
