I was feeling really down and low since a month and was unable to cope with the stress. But you helped me understand the reason for the same and I came to accept myself and forgive myself. I am feeling much better after speaking to you. Thank you so much. I am able to feel positive about myself. I have realised not to give too much of importance to the thoughts coming to me and just let it pass when they do. Thank you for helping me cope.

Thank you, Dhruvi. Your sessions have been most helpful to me. I really appreciate your professional, non-judgmental, sensitive, and involved attitude. I need to address some counter-productive thought & behaviour patterns that have been adversely impacting my life over the years. The sessions with Dhruvi helped me to understand the core issues involved and to device techniques to address them. I appreciate Dhruvi's suggestion that these techniques can be implemented gradually and that I must look for incremental gains. I find her approach very doable and realistic. Dhruvi will continue to be my go-to person for reviewing my progress and discussing the future course of action.
