Ask yourself these simple questions:
Do things often seem out of place in your daily life?
Do you believe that you’re not good enough?
Do you experience barriers while doing things you want to?
We totally get it! We all sometimes have odd feelings about our lived experiences, and even ourselves. In these cases, having someone to talk to can make the difference, especially if they’re going to provide you with objective ears. Clarifying your qualms from someone who won’t judge you is what we’re here for. We care for your well-being as much as you do, and we’d like to help you come to terms with the beliefs you have.

and other concerns which you may share with us. Our team consists of consulting Psychologists and Psychiatrists. Type A Thought’s services cater to severe cases of pathology, as well as milder issues with one’s daily and social functioning.
“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” – Viktor E. Frankl
