HOW MANY MESSAGES CAN I SEND?
You can send any number of messages. However, it works best when you send a detailed message instead of multiple single lines. the exchange of messages happens at a comfortable pace. Don’t expect to get an instantaneous answer back.But, don’t be surprised if you get one either. It all depends if your counselor is online at that instant.
HOW MUCH TIME DO THE COUNSELORS TAKE TO RESPOND?
The counselor will reply atleast within 12 hrs at most times. The counselor may even reply within an hour or a few minutes depending on his/her availability. Once the program begins, the counselor will instruct you when to come online, so that you can have a productive session.
WHO ARE THE COUNSELORS
The Counselors are all trained, qualified and certified Therapists who have a Masters Degree in Psychology. They have been trained in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (RECBT) and have Taken over 25,000 online consultation sessions.
WHAT ARE THE TIMINGS OF THE SERVICE?
There are no timings! You can leave a message whenever you get the time or are feeling a little low or need to share something on your mind with your counselor. PLEASE NOTE : The counselors are from India and work as per the Indian Standard Time.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
Yes . We offer a full refund if you aren’t satisfied within the first 3 days of using our services. Moreover, if you aren’t happy with a particular therapist you can switch over to another one without any extra cost. However, we highly recommend that you stick with your counselor for the entire duration of the program as counseling is a process which takes its time to unravel for you to see the benefits. WHAT IF I NEED A PHONE OR VIDEO CONSULTATION WITH MY THERAPIST?
You can add a phone or a video consult any time on demand during your program @ Rs 999 per hour. All you need to do is inform your therapist, who will send you a payment link in your inbox. You can then connect with them on a mutually agreed date and time.
HOW LONG DOES COUNSELING TAKE TO WORK?
Rational Emotive & Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (RECBT) is known to provide benefits in about 10-12 sessions of an hour. However, the caveat is that the client HAS to put in effort and show commitment to the process. Each individual is different and so are their problems. There is no standard time duration for the treatment. It all comes down to how receptive you are to suggestions and how willing you are to bring about change in your life. Those who follow the instructions diligently and do all the homework will see improvement in a months time. For those who have taken the basic 7 day program, can learn the principles of RECBT and use them to challenge automatic negative thoughts within a week.
WILL I SEE QUICK INSTANT RESULTS?
No, you most certainly wont see quick instant magical solutions to your concerns. Like working out it the gym for physical fitness, working on your repetitive and hard wired thought patterns take time and is an ongoing process which ultimately need to be incorporated into your lifestyle to see lasting change.
