Insomnia / Sleep Disturbances Insomnia and help

Having Trouble Sleeping At Night? Can’t Get Restful Sleep? Is it affecting your appearance?

Counseling can help identify your stress points, reduce them and then allow you to sleep peacefully very night.

Insomnia is a common problem characterized by trouble falling asleep, staying asleep or getting restful sleep, despite the opportunity for adequate sleep. You should seek help if your insomnia has become a pattern, or if you often feel fatigued during the day and it interferes with your daily life. Many people have brief periods of difficulty sleeping (for example, a few days after starting a new job), but if insomnia lasts longer or has become a regular occurrence, you should ask for help.

How Can We Help With Counselling for Insomnia?

Our Trained Counselors will help you to identify the thoughts and worries that keep you awake at night. Once these stressors are identified, they will help you to think in more rational and positive ways. Apart from this our Psychologists will teach you various coping strategies and techniques such as relaxation training, stimulus control, sleep restriction, guided imagery, etc. By the end of the sessions, you will be better equipped to manage your emotions and sleeping behavior which will, in turn, help you to sleep better and feel well rested.
