How to Improve your Mental Health

A Simple, 7 Day Program guided by Psychologists, over Video / Telephone & unlimited text chat

Improve the Health of Your Mind and Thoughts with a Method which is simple, concise & can be practised from anywhere.

A short spurt of counseling and being spoken to in a reassuring manner can do wonders for the mind. When we learn to evaluate our beliefs, we begin to see how we can make things more positive, and favorable for our daily lived experiences. We want to help you pinpoint the patterns of thinking that you have that may be impeding you from reaching your full potential  We have a plethora of programs that clients opt for, but our one week program is perhaps the most ‘compact’ of them all.

Let’s look at a simple example.

If you get stuck in a traffic jam, does EVERYONE stuck in the same traffic react the same way? Some people might get angry, others get annoyed while others just use their time productively

Do you Often Feel the Nerves?

We all get anxious  sometimes, especially when we’re about to do something important, like a test, or a public speech. But when these feelings surface recurrently with increasing frequency, they’re a case for concern. Our therapists use the tenets of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, along with an eclectic mix of theoretical perspectives to combat feelings like these, and help you get the best out of life.

Do Relationships get Hard to Manage Sometimes?

The key to a good relationship (Whether romantic, or one rooted in friendship) is the notion of mindfulness. When we are aware of the words we utter, and the effects that they have on the moods and dispositions of those around us, we begin to understand that we need to take a step back before we spill the beans. Often, this mindfulness is what keeps friendships and relationships strong. Our therapists work with individuals to make sure that they understand the tenets of mutual respect, communication and trust within a relationship. These are the pillars of interaction that we often take for granted, and a little reminder can often help.

Is Anger Often the Pillar you Use to Express Yourself?

Sometimes we tend to express our emotions in ways that may seem unfavorable to others. In cases like these, we need to put a stop to the ticking time-bomb within our mind, and ask ourselves, ‘Is there a better way to express myself?’ The art of pinpointing the moment that we erupt with emotion is hard, but once we understand how to put a stopper on our anger, and recycle it into something more assertive, the game is a win-win situation.

We rely on technology, because we believe that the infinite realms of the digital world can help access the minds of individuals. Our concise, structured 7 day program involves counseling through a multimedia experience. The features include:

3 Video Counseling OR 3 Telephonic Counselling sessions ( 180 mins )
A Simple, 7 Day Program guided by Psychologists, over a text chat – Change to – A Simple, 7 Day Program guided by Psychologists, over Video / Telephone & unlimited text chat
Unlimited Text Sessions for a one week

Apart from offering textual Counselling through our databases, we also engage our clients through cellphone and video calls on Skype. The sessions we make accessible to our clients through these platforms durate 180 minutes. We believe that typing your thoughts, or having a little pep talk through the phone or across a camera can be effective, especially when confidentiality and identity become grievances for our clients.

Minimum Once A Day Check-in From your Counselor

Our counselors will check on you for the week that you’re with us; every single day. We want you to know that we care, and we think that the only way to make sure that that works out is by keeping in touch. What better way to keep the counselor-client bond strong than to do a little check in? If you’re feeling down, make sure you let our experts know. They’ll act on it in a jiffy!

The Therapy Program uses Psychology techniques based on Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). We are experts at REBT & CBT due to the expertise of Prof Kishore Phadke who is our Advisor, Trainer and Mentor! Both these techniques deal with identifying unhelpful thought patterns, and challenging them to transform them into helpful ones.

$39 (Rs 2499)

We know what you’re thinking. That this maybe too expensive or that it takes too much time and effort and I want a QUICK SOLUTION. I don’t even know if this will work. Does online counseling even work? What if it doesn’t work?

My counselor was awesome. Probably the best decision of my life I took was to subscribe to Type a Thought

I’m glad I have found someone really good to counsel me. My counselor listens to every detail and is extremely non judgemental. Feel extremely positive after every session with her.

The sessions are good. It has lifted me from sadness to a more positive outlook. The anger management techniques are nice.

Type A Thought is like a mind reader. They helped me understand what was causing my stress and how to solve it better.
